The Committee also publishes a variety of advisory guidance, including the Senate Ethics Manual, Interpretative Rulings, and Dear Colleague Letters, which provide the Committee’s written guidance on the application of laws, rules, and regulations within the Committee’s jurisdiction.

Finally, the Committee publishes reference materials such as training materials and Quick Reference Guides.
