The Senate Code of Official Conduct (Code of Official Conduct), contained in Senate Rules 34 through 43, provides standards of conduct on Financial Disclosure, Gifts, Outside Earned Income and Honoraria, Conflicts of Interest, Prohibited Unofficial Office Accounts, Foreign Travel, Use of the Mailing Frank and Radio and Television Studios, Political Fund Activity, Employment Discrimination, and Constituent Service.

The Code of Official Conduct is supplemented by constitutional provisions, federal statutes, and established norms of the Senate.
